GUIDELINES TO PURCHASE SERVICE, RACE REGISTRATION & RACE KIT

A. PROCESS TO PURCHASE SERVICE, RACE REGISTRATION

1. Go to https://racejungle.com/
2. Select Race/ Product or Service > Select distance or Product/ Service > Select Quantity > Add to cart.
3. Check out your cart. The system will send a confirmation email or an ASSIGN CODE after completing successful payment.
4. Perform Race registration per instructions provided in the email.

Notes:

• Participants will receive a ASIGN CODE corresponding to the Race, Distance and registered quantity
• For other products and services, Participants will receive a confirmation email for completing the successful payment of the purchase order.
• All steps performed via Race Jungle’s systems (athlete.racejungle.com, checkin.racejungle.com, …) require the ASSIGN CODE.
• Participants are obliged to absolutely keep confidential the ASSIGN CODE.

 

B. PROCESS OF REGISTRATION

1. Go to athlete.racejungle.com, Select Race, enter the ASSIGN CODE.
2. Enter participant's ID/ Passport number and email
3. Take/ Upload the participant's ID/Passport
4. Select a registration option:

• Standard registration (for yourself), complete filling in the information.
• Registration on behalf of someone else (for someone else, i.e.: for your kids, children, …), complete filling in the information.

1. Check Registration’s information:

• Go to checkin.racejungle.com, select the Race and enter the REGISTRATION CODE.
• Check for the registration information, if any is incorrect, please rectify or re-register. Or send us an email: support@racejungle.com for further support.

Notes:

• Photographs of valid personal documents (ID/Passport) are required when registering.
• If you have ever registered on Race Jungle, you can re-use the Prefilled Information.
• Please register at least30 days prior to Race Date to secure your shirt size. Participants who change, transfer, register less than 30 days prior to Race Date will not be able to secure your desired shirt size.
• Latest registration is allowed prior to Race Kit counter closing hours.
• QR code check-in gate, opens 05 days prior to Race Date

 

C. PROCESS TO COLLECT BIB (RACE KIT)

1. Go to checkin.racejungle.com, select the Race and enter the REGISTRATION CODE to Check-in,
2. Take a selfie photo. After the Participant's face recognition AI signs an electronic commitment and receives a QR code
3. Save the QR code, bring it to the indicated location to get the bib, and the race kit.

 

 

Notes:

• The person in the selfie photo must be the same person who owns the photo/uploaded his/her ID document on the system when registering (including authorized registration).
• It is mandatory to provide a selfie photo when checking-in to retrieve a QR code
• Participants when registering must take a selfie photo that is vivid.
• Latest registration is allowed prior to Race Kit counter closing hours.
• If the QR Code is exposed, you may lose your BIB.
• If you lose the running bib, you will have to pay a fee to reissue it.
• Participants must sign a Race Commitment Agreement form here to comply with the conditions and terms to participate the race
• If check-in fails, please bring your ID/Passport to the Race Kit Counter for further assistance.

 

D. COLLECTING RACE KIT ON BEHALF

1. Participants complete the steps: register, check-in to receive QR Code.
2. Pass the QR Code to the person who is authorized to collect the BIB (Race Kit) on your behalf.
3. The person collects BIB (Race Kit) on behalf, presents at the Race Kit Counter to collect the BIB (Race Kit)

Notes:

• The participant is responsible for reminding the authorized person collecting the BIB to keep confidential the QR Code.
• Any participant who has successfully checked-in and has a QR Code can also ask another person to pick up the BIB (Race Kit) on behalf.
• No authorization letter is required when collecting BIB (Race Kit) on behalf.

The authorized person who collects a large quantity of BIB (Race Kit) needs to clearly label the BIB (Race Kit) to avoid confusion. Emailing the list of BIB (Race Kit) that is not in group registration needs to be collected would help the Organizers to save time sorting and delivering prior to your arrival and waiting time.
