GUIDELINES FOR CHANGING DISTANCE, TRANSFERRING BIB

In case the participant wishes to change the distance, please follow these steps:

 

Notes:  This applies for new races open from 2021 onwards. For other cases, please contact support@racejungle.com for further support.

 

A. UPGRADE THE DISTANCE

1. Purchase a new assign code for the upgrade distance. Perform new registration. (See instructions here).
2. Email to support@racejungle.com enclosing the following documents:

1. Old confirmation email of proof completing successful payment, old email of assign code
2. New confirmation email of proof completing successful payment and new purchase of new assign code.

1. The Organizing Committees will check and confirm, then will refund the old distance purchased to the participant.

 

B. DOWNGRADE THE DISTANCE

1. Email support@racejungle.com providing proof of old purchase of ASSIGN CODE with the following documents:

1. Successful payment confirmation email,
2. Email assign code information

1. BTC checks, confirms and then re-issues a new distance ASSIGN CODE for athletes.
2. Use the new ASSIGN CODE to register. (See instructions here).
3. Participants do not have to pay a fee to downgrade the distance, and the difference between two distances will not be refunded.

Notes:

• Change distance request is only accepted at least 30 days prior to Race Date.
• Change distance request is subject to availability of registrations.
• Participants must sign a Race Commitment Agreement form here to comply with the conditions and terms to participate in the race.

C. BIB TRANSFER

1. The assign code remains un-used to register:

The transferor only needs to give the ASSIGN CODE to the transferee to register and race.

1. Assign code has been used to register: Participant can only transfer BIB without checking-in to retrieve QR Code

• The transferor (BIB’S valid owner) re-registers the transferee (BIB purchaser) or sends the assign code to the transferee to re-register.
• The transferee re-register on athlete.racejungle.com.
• The transferor confirms the mutual agreed transfer via email within 60 minutes from the above step or the transfer will be dismissed.

Notes:

• The maximum time for Transferor to confirm via email is within 60 minutes.
• Both the transferor and the transferee will receive a confirmation email from The Organizing Committees.
• The Organizing Committees will not be responsible for any payment, money transfer (if any) between transferor and transferee.
• The transfer option ends 02 days prior to Race Date

 

D. CHANGING INFORMATION

The change of information can only be done before checking-in to retrieve the QR Code:

1. Go to athlete.racejungle.com, select a Race, enter the assign code, select Edit Information.
2. Edit personal information such as emergency contact number, participant’s phone number, nationality, running group/club, achievements. Then select SAVE.

Notes:

- Editing information will not change the name of the person who has registered for the race.

- The latest time to change the shirt size is 30 days prior to the Race Date. Participants who change, transfer, register less than 30 days prior to Race Date will not be able to secure your desired shirt size.
