I – REGISTRATION
1/. BIB buying instructions
- Access:Cuc Phuong Jungle Paths 2024
- Select distance -> select quantity -> add to cart.
- Cart checkout.
- The system will send a confirmation email or a ASSIGN CODE after successful payment.
Note:
- Each 01 running slot, runners will receive 01 ASSIGN CODE corresponding to the prescribed distances, ASSIGN CODE is a string of 13 uppercase characters (including letters, numbers, and special characters).
- Runners using the assign code received to perform the ASIGN steps at:https://athlete.racejungle.com/
- All operations on the Race Jungle system require the use of this assign CODE.
- Runners need to absolutely keep the code assigned to them.
2/. REGISTRATION
- Instructions To access, enter the assign code.
- Enter the Participant's Identity Card/Citizen Identity Card/Passport number and Email
- Take/Upload the Participant's Identity Card/Citizen Identity Card/Passport number and Email
- Choose a assign form:
Register normally (for yourself), and complete the information.
Register as a representative (for children without identification or for Company/Club members), and complete the information. - Check registration information:
To access: https://checkin.racejungle.com/, enter the assign code.
Check the registered information, if it is wrong, correct the information or re-register. Or send a request to the email: support@racejungle.com for support.
Note:
- A photo of a valid personal document (Identity Card/Citizen Identity Card/Passport) is required upon assign.
- If already registered on Race Jungle, you can choose to Reuse old information.
- Please register 30 days before the event to guarantee your shirt size. Runners who change, transfer, or register later than 30 days before the event will not be guaranteed the size of the shirt.
- Register at the latest before the racekit counter closes.
- The check-in gate to get the QR Code will be opened 05 days before the event date (note: If the runner completes the check-in step, the information will no longer be transferred or changed).
3/. Receiving RACEKIT Instructions
- Access, fill in the assign CODE to Check-in,
- Take a selfie. After the AI recognizes the face, the athlete signs an electronic commitment and receives a QR code
- Save the QR code, and take it to the indicated location to get the bib, and the race kit.
Note:
- The person taking the selfie is also the one who performs the assign and uploads his/her ID to the system when registering (including representative assign cases).
- Check-in at the latest before the racekit counter closes.
- If the QR Code is exposed, it is possible to lose the running bib.
- Runners must sign a Commitment to comply with the terms of participation in the event, see the content here.
- If check-in fails, please bring the Identity Card/Citizen Identity Card/Passport to the event for assistance in obtaining bib, and race kit.
4/. Receiving BIB for other's instructions
- Runners complete the steps: register, and check-in to get a QR-Code.
- Give the QR-Code to the person who gets the BIB (Race kit)
- The person who collects the BIB (Race kit) takes it to the notified location to get the BIB (Race kit)
Note:
- Runners are responsible for reminding the person who took the BIB to keep their QR-Code secure
- Any runners who have successfully checked in and have a QR-Code can also ask someone else to pick up the BIB for them.
- No need to bring a power of attorney when taking BIB for someone else.
- Those who collect large quantities need to write down the runners' names on the outside of the kit to avoid confusion.
II – TRANSFER – MODIFY INFORMATION
1/. Transfer
- The assign code has not been used to REGISTER: PARTICIPANTS only need to give the assign CODE to the transferee to register to participate in the event at: https://athlete.racejungle.com/
- Assign code has been used to register: The transferors (the seller/donor) do RE-assign to the transferee (buyer/receiver) or send the assign code to the transferees (buyer/receiver) do RE-assign at: https://athlete.racejungle.com/. The transferor confirms the transfer via email within 60 minutes, after the limited time, the transfer will not be successful.
Note:
- PARTICIPANTS can only do the transfer without performing the Check-in step.
- The maximum time for the transferors (the seller/donor) to confirm via email is 60p.
- Both the transferors and the transferees will receive a confirmation email from the organizer.
- The Organizer will not be responsible for the payment, or money transfer (if any) between the transferors and the transferees.
- The transfer function will be closed 02 days before the event (or other notice).
2/. Modify information
- PARTICIPANTS access https://athlete.racejungle.com/, enter the assign code and select edit information.
- PARTICIPANTS can only edit information fields: Phone number, Nationality, Group/Club, and Shirt Size,... Then choose to save.
Note:
- The PARTICIPANT changes information only when the check-in step has not been done.
- Editing information will not change the name of the person who has registered for the race (to change the Participant's Name, please select RE-REGISTER).

1. GENERAL REGULATIONS
- The Organizing Committee DO NOT process complaints after the event date.
- Participants who start 5 minutes later than the start time, will have the results not be recognized.
- Participants will be required to stop running if they exceed the specified Cut-Off Time for each check point.
- Participants under 15 years old must obtain a Parent's or Legal Guardian’s signed Acknowledgement.
- For 70km and COROS 100km distances: At CP6 (before entering the forest center), the Organization Committee will check out for mandatory equipment. For all remaining distances: the Organization Committee may randomly check the athletes' mandatory equipment, those who cannot provide satisfactory equipment will be denied the right to continue the race. All top 5 finalists Male/Female for each distance will need to ensure that they have all the required equipment according to the regulations corresponding to their distance.
Conditions of participation:
- To participate in the distance 70km and COROS 100km, you must:
+ Be 18 years old or older by the date of the event
+ Athletes participating in the 70km distance must complete 42km (trail or road), have a tracklog or certificate of completion (with live link of the result on 5BIB, sportstats, truerace or any other organizers' web), send email to coo@racejungle.com 30 days before the race date.
+ Athletes participating in the 100km distance must complete 70km (trail or road), have a tracklog or certificate of completion (with live link of the result on 5BIB, sportstats, truerace or any other organizers' web), send email to coo@racejungle.com 30 days before the race date.
+ Have completed at least once 42km or longer in a trail race before the event (42km in a road race will not be accepted).
- To participate in the 42km race, you need to have completed at least once 21km in a trail race or at least twice 21km in a road race.
- You need to understand and commit to being qualified to participate in the registered distances.
- The organization Committee can randomly check your competition/practice results. If you do not meet the entry conditions, you will be disqualified from the race.
- When you haven't trained enough to participate in a trail race, you are risking your own safety and that of others. Please obey the rules of the race.
2. TIME REGULATIONS FOR RUNNERS:
- Maximum time to complete the distance of COROS 100km: 2 hours, with COTs at checkpoints to be announced later
- Maximum time to complete 70km: 18 hours, with COTs at checkpoints to be announced later
- Maximum time to complete the 42km distance: 13 hours, with COTs at checkpoints to be announced later
- Maximum time to complete 25km: 11 hours
- Maximum time to complete the 10km distance: 10 hours
- Athletes who do not complete the race in the allotted time must follow the instructions of the referee.
3. OTHER REGULATIONS
- All athletes are required to submit a photo of a valid personal document (ID Card/Passport) when registering. You must check-in and sign the
Electronic Event Commitment when participating in an event organized by Race Jungle.
- Athletes are not allowed to use doping, foods and drugs on the list of banned stimulants announced by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
- Runners must follow the directions from the Organization Committee, including race staff, volunteers, health care staff, and security forces during the event.
- Runners must wear the BIB in front. Runners without BIB will be taken off the track by security force or race supervisors.
- Pets, bicycles, skates, trolleys, roller fitting shoes or other wheeled items are not allowed to be used or carried on the track except for
official vehicles or ambulances from the Organization Committee.
- All athletes are responsible for knowing the start time of the race and their own start time. Participants must present 30 minutes prior to
start time at the start line/ gate for race briefing before running.
- Any participant who does not follow the guidance of a race event officer or referee, or displays non-sportsmanlike behavior, takes offensive
actions or statements toward an event officer, volunteer, other runners or spectators, may be disqualified or even banned from future events at the discretion of the race manager.
- After leaving the track, participants will not be allowed to return to the track for the purpose of going to a spot on the track or supporting other athletes.
- Any participant who is discovered by a race judge, event worker or supervisor to have cheated in any way will be disqualified from the event.
Participants that get any support from anyone run the risk of being excluded from the event. "Support" includes providing information or
assistance directly or indirectly to athletes in any way, including communication equipment.
- Any person participating in the event without the event's official BIB or using a timing chip other than their own, will be disqualified from this
and future events. Runners who go missing on the track or have abnormal timing information at CPs will be monitored and may be disqualified.
- Athletes must contact the emergency number on the BIB if they face problems on the route, and should get to the nearest water
station for assistance in case they want to stop running. The Organization Committee does not guarantee complete support for runners
who are not at water stations and Expo area.
- Medical support during the event by the event health care staff is not considered as “illegal support” and the results will remain valid if the
participant can continue their performance
- Method to determine the competition results:
+ Results for top ranking and awards are determined by Finish Time or Gun Time. In case 2 athletes finish the race at the same time, the result will be decided based on Chip Time.
+ Results for sub-prizes ranking and awards are determined by Chip Time
+ Competition results are recorded by the time measuring device attached to the BIB
In which:
Finish Time (Gun Time) means the period from the start signal to the moment when an athlete crosses the finishing line, according to the Organizing Team's time system.
Chip Time starts counting when the athlete crosses the start line and stops when they cross the finishing line.
The Organizing Team has the final decisions in all matters.
- All prizes shall be distributed at the event; they will not be kept or sent.
- All complaint against winners or results must be made during the event.
- All Participants are responsible for self-understanding of the rules and regulations of the event on the website: https://racejungle.com
before joining the race. Any violation of any rule may cause the participant's disqualification from the race.
- The Organization Committee have the right to change the scheduled routes, event agendas, time limits (Cut off time) on the racecourse, etc. to
ensure the safety of the race based on the actual situation without prior notice.
- The organizers can unilaterally suspend, modify, or cancel the event for any reason, including qualified safety conditions. If the event is suspended,
modified, or canceled for objective reasons (including and not limited to wind, rain, hail, hurricane, tornado,
earthquake, terrorist activities, fire, threat or attack, industrial accident, flood, unavoidable loss, or any other cause beyond the Organization
Committee’s control), THERE WILL BE NO REFUND POLICY. NO FEE THAT IS EVENT RELATED WILL BE REFUNDED
REFUND POLICY
To request a refund, please kindly email to support@racejung.com the proof of successful purchase order of the product, service from The Organizer’s website or from an authorized agent. The refund request will be confirmed and processed to refund per the following timeline (calculated according to the date when the event was first announced):
60 days or more prior to the race date: refund 70% of the purchased total race package
30 to 59 days prior to the race date: refund 40% of the purchased total race package
14 to 29 days prior to the race date: refund 10% of the purchased total race package
13 days or less prior to the race date: no refunds.
In the event that the race is either delayed or canceled, the deferral can be applied within 13 days prior to the race date. Participants are required to comply with government policies and regulations issued by The Organizers.
For products/services such as accomodation package, transportation package or other events ticket, please contact the respective supplier for each event or refer to the policy of each service type separately for information to ensure your benefits.
# Note: This policy does not apply to athletes who have chosen to convert their running tickets.

Bib: You need to attend with your own registered number. The organization Committee offers the option to exchange BIB information before checking in, the last chance to do so is race kit collecting day.
